Excalibur

This is the story of a weak, cowardly boy. Geek. Outcast. Pathetic. Imperfect. Always being compared to people who are better than him. A loser. Until one day in sophomore year, he is transported to Avalon with Merlin's help after an accident renders him unconscious. Merlin tells him that the time has come for Arthur to return to earth. But he cannot return in spirit--he needs a host. And Kyle Brenner was that chosen vessel to usher in Arthur's return. Merlin gives him a slip of parchment with runes that "only the Sword of Arthur can read." Kyle is the "Sword of Arthur." No one on earth can read it but him. And through him, Arthur administers justice.
